Who is Scandi Travel?
Scandi Travel is an independent Finnish tour operator based in Espoo, in the Helsinki region. For fifteen years we have created luxury tours and tailor-made holidays across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Denmark and Estonia.
Because we work on the ground, our advice is first-hand and up to date. Our travel consultants personally hand-pick every hotel, transfer, restaurant and excursion, and one consultant stays with you from your first enquiry to the flight home.
The most important person on the trip is not us. It is you.
“If it’s not a trip we would choose for ourselves, we won’t choose it for you.”
Our one rule
How we work
Five things you can count on
One consultant, from enquiry to journey’s end
A personal travel consultant plans the itinerary with you and stays in touch before, during and after your trip — by email, phone or messenger.
Hand-picked, known first-hand
We recommend only the hotels, restaurants and excursions we know ourselves, and we stand behind every one of them.
Private transfers, local guides
Every transfer is private and door to door. Multilingual guides bring the culture and history of each place to life.
For travellers and for companies
Holidays for couples, families and friends, city breaks, business trips, conferences, incentives and events. Corporate & incentive travel →
Best Price Guarantee
If you find the same package for less elsewhere within 24 hours of booking, we will match that price and take a further 10% off it. How it works →
What our travellers say
4.7★ on Tripadvisor →Even before we travelled, I found the scandi travel staff to be very responsive and accommodating. They tailored our tour to fit our needs and desires, despite a last minute change that required moving one of our excursions.
You made the whole booking process so simple and worry free. You planned and amazing and very very memorable holiday for the two of us and we loved every minute of it!!
We visited Helsinki and Lapland with your 6 day tour. I must say for us and our kids living in Singapore it was a perfect winter experience.
