Wilderness Kota Dinner

This very special Lapland tour takes you for a traditional Kota dinner by firelight. You will be transferred by coach a short distance from Rovaniemi to a local wilderness kota. By the open fire, you will be warm and cosy as you relax and enjoy authentic Lappish cuisine freshly prepared by the chef. Appetisers of traditional cold and warm smoked salmon are served, and children will have the chance to fry their own sausages by the fire. The traditional Finnish main course incorporates Karelian hotpot and mashed potatoes. (Karelian hotpot is a hearty meat casserole with root vegetables). Pancakes will be prepared by the open fire for dessert, and if you wish to you can prepare your own pancake yourself. At the conclusion of dinner, you will be transferred by coach back to Rovaniemi. This tour duration is of 2.5-3 hours including transfers and operates on Mondays and Fridays from 18.30.
