Imatra

Each summer it welcomes its annual Sandcastle event, when artists construct Scandinavia’s biggest sandcastle at the north of the harbour, complete with entertainment for children. Visitors can also cruise the tranquil waters of Lake Saimaa, Finland’s largest lake.
